As many Long Islanders might remember, Jones Beach puts on an annual fireworks show from their bay, surely to create lasting memories for those who see it. Whether you’re docked in the iconic Zach’s Bay or from a friend’s backyard on the water, the show is quite a treat! This year’s celebration will be the 100th anniversary of the NYS parks. The show will begin at 9:30 pm.
- Create a festive Mocktail with friends!

The “Firecracker Mocktail” is a fun and sweet way to celebrate the holidays and can be made with friends and family as a great complement to holiday BBQs!
The ingredients are as follows:
- 16 oz of Lemon-Lime Soda
- 1 packet of Blueberry Drink Mix
- A splash of Pineapple Juice
- Light Corn Syrup
- Red Pop Rocks
Carefully line the rim with corn syrup, then dip it in pop rocks to create a ‘salt on the rim’ effect!
- Visit the South Bay Art Association’s 66th Artists On The Lane celebration!
